Welcome to LuxVentura, the premier luxury apartment selection service at luxventura.best. These Terms of Service outline the terms under which you may use our offerings.

1. Definitions and Scope

“Service” refers to luxury apartment selection and related concierge services.

“Information Product” refers to digital guides, reports, and other downloadable materials.

“Goods” refers to LuxVentura-branded merchandise and physical products.

2. Services

LuxVentura provides personalized assistance in locating and securing luxury apartment rentals and purchases.

2.1 Booking and Scheduling

To schedule a service appointment, contact us by phone or through our contact form. Service times are subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund for Services

Clients may cancel a standard apartment selection service up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Refunds are issued within 14 business days via the original payment method. Appointments may be rescheduled at no extra cost if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.

Custom concierge services involve tailored research and planning. These are non-refundable due to the time and expertise dedicated to individual client needs. We allocate resources and staff based on confirmed bookings.

3. Information Products

LuxVentura offers digital guides, market reports, and educational materials for luxury apartment hunting.

3.1 Delivery

Upon purchase, digital materials are made available for download immediately.

3.2 Cancellation and Refund for Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Digital items are not eligible for transfer once accessed beyond this limit.

4. Goods

Our merchandise includes branded items and specialty gift packages.

4.1 Shipping

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the client. Delivery times vary based on location.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund for Goods

Unopened goods in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Clients are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement at our expense. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving returned goods. Alternatively, clients may opt for an exchange or transfer credit for future merchandise.
